• Foundation Design Program (12 weeks)
• Advanced UI/UX Design (16 weeks)
• Brand Identity Mastery (14 weeks)
• Workshops and special sessions
• Online and in-person learning options

3. Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment requires payment of applicable fees as specified at the time of registration. Payment terms include:

• Full payment due before course commencement
• Installment payment plans available for select programs
• Refund policy as outlined in our refund terms
• Late payment fees may apply

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Maintain respectful behavior toward faculty and fellow students
• Use academy resources appropriately and ethically
• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Comply with all academy policies and procedures

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, software, and digital content, are the intellectual property of AstralSocks Design Academy. Students may use these materials solely for educational purposes and may not distribute, reproduce, or commercialize them without written permission.

6. Student Work and Portfolios

Students retain ownership of their original work created during courses. However, AstralSocks Design Academy may use student work for promotional purposes, portfolio showcases, and educational examples with appropriate attribution and prior consent.

7. Academic Integrity

Students must maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date. Refunds are subject to the following terms:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days before course start
• 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before course start
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of course start
• No refund for completed or partially completed courses

9. Limitation of Liability

AstralSocks Design Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service.

10. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary expectations. Our courses are designed to enhance skills and knowledge, but individual results may vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors.

11. Termination

AstralSocks Design Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violations of these Terms, academic dishonesty, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet academic standards. Students may also withdraw from courses following the established withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
